# Connect Raindancer to the Weenat-API

To link weather data from Weenat to Raindancer, you need an account with Weenat ([https://weenat.com/](https://weenat.com/)).

#### **Raindancer Portal instructions:**

\- Go to **Expert** mode (top right).

\- The Weenat account must then be registered in Raindancer under **Settings > API > New API login details**.

\- Select **Weenat API** under API type.  
\- Enter your Weenat login details (username and password).  
\- Save your changes.

<p class="callout info">-Note: It may take more than 20 minutes for the first data to be synchronised.</p>

\- Navigate to **Measurements** in the top menu bar and select the **measurement Spot**.

\- Then **save and close** the application.
